Good to know

When will my room be ready for me to move into? Is there a space for me in the underground garage? Are dogs allowed?
We have created a kind of forum here where we answer all the most frequently asked questions.


When can I arrive at your hotel?
And how long can I stay on the day of departure and book a late check-out if necessary?

On the day of arrival, our rooms are ready for occupancy by 14:00 at the latest. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to use the wellness area free of charge or have breakfast with us (€ 25,- per person).

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest. If the room is still available on the evening before your departure, you are welcome to book a late check-out in the room and use it for the whole day.
- Late Check Out in the room without afternoon buffet: € 25,- p.p.
- Late Check Out in the room incl. afternoon buffet: € 43,- p.p.

If you would like to relax a little on your day of departure, you can use the wellness area free of charge for the whole day. The afternoon buffet costs € 18,- per person.

If you arrive after 8 p.m., please let us know in good time so that we can prepare a cold starter platter for you, which you can still eat comfortably.


What is actually included with you?

Our unique 3/4 gourmet board with a rich breakfast, afternoon buffet with cold and warm starters, cake buffet with various drinks and the highlight: our gourmet menu in the evening. Of course, use of the entire spa area is also included. Furthermore, our indoor program (yoga, fascia training, AcquaGym etc.), as well as our activity program & test center.


What are your cancellation conditions?

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation for various reasons. The following cancellation conditions apply:

We recommend that you always take out cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your time out with us without any worries and with even more security. You can take out this directly through one of our partners after completing your booking. (europaeische.at).
ATTENTION: Cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form. If you have to cancel your vacation earlier than expected or can only arrive later at short notice, the days not taken will be charged. In this case we will charge 80% of the amount.

Can I book spa treatments in advance?

We recommend booking spa treatments in advance so that you can still get your desired appointments. ? If you are flexible in terms of time, you can of course also book appointments on site at reception.

Good to know: there is a 10% discount on all morning appointments (until 12.00 noon). You also receive a 10% discount on 3 or more appointments per person. The discount is only available once and cannot be combined with spa packages, as the prices here are already reduced.


I have a food intolerance...do you have anything for me?

If you suffer from a food intolerance, please let us know in good time so that we can prepare accordingly. Our junior chef Hannes Piri, together with head chef Roland, will then be happy to prepare a menu specially tailored to your needs.


Do you offer vegetarian and vegan alternatives?

New for this season, we have our own 5-course veggie menu.
If you have a vegan diet, please let us know in good time so that we can prepare even better to meet your needs.


Do you have bikes for hire or should I bring my own?

As a leading bike hotel, you can pre-book all types of top bikes directly with us. We represent the brand MAXX-Bikes from Rosenheim.


Where can I store my own bike?

We have a spacious, locked bike garage with storage and charging facilities for your bikes. There is also a washing area, workshop and lockers for your equipment.


Where can I park my car?

You can park your car in our spacious parking lot or in our underground garage. Both are included in the price.


Is there an e-charging station?

Yes, we have several charging stations in our parking lot. The charges will be automatically added to your room bill and you can pay them at the end of your stay.


Can I bring my dog with me?

Your four-legged friends are very welcome here. Please let us know when you make your enquiry/booking. We charge € 30,- per day for your pet without board. We will be happy to provide you with a cozy place to sleep and bowls in your room.

Dogs are allowed in the bar area. We ask for your understanding that your dog is not allowed in the dining room and wellness area. If your dog stays calm next to yours, you are welcome to take him to the sunbathing lawn.

We have a dog sitter who is happy to look after your pet by the hour or by the day. Please let us know in good time when we can activate our dog sitter for you.

If your dog cannot stay in the room alone during dinner, we can either prepare a table for you in the lobby or organize our dog sitter for mealtimes.


Is the Jagdhof suitable for vacations with children and toddlers?

We count many families with children among our long-standing regular guests and friends. We are not a designated children's hotel with a water slide etc., but during the main holiday periods (Easter, summer and fall vacations) our childcare team will be happy to look after your children. Together we go climbing, rafting, archery or make cool things in the kids' club.

What all families appreciate about us is the informal atmosphere and the warmth that characterize our hotel. Families who come to us enjoy the opportunity to keep their kids entertained at the childcare facilities, but also love to go on excursions together with their children.


How can I pay my hotel bill with you?

You can settle your bill with us by credit card, debit card or in cash.
Please note: we accept Visa and Mastercard. AMEX and Diners Club are not accepted.


Can I pay my hotel bill in advance?

Yess! As of this season, our guests receive the Südtirol Card for their entire stay. This means that as a guest of the Jagdhof you can travel free of charge on all public transport, whether by train or bus. Further information here.


Do you offer the South Tyrol Pass or the "Vinschgau" Card?
