What would a business be without its employees? No matter how beautiful the ambience or how large the spa area is, it's the people who make a business come alive. So nothing is more important to us than our dear employees. But for us, they are not “just” employees, they are part of the family.
Cool, or not?
We definitely think so. Having a drink together in the evening after service, going out for a really good meal somewhere together on a day off. We simply love the feeling when we all spend time together away from the workplace, when friendships form and we can talk about anything as a team. Isn't that exactly what a family is all about?
And the greatest gift is when our dear guests actively tell us how nice they think it is that we spend time together and that this unique team spirit prevails and naturally also has an effect on our service.
