Sometimes we are even asked whether we never have enough of the hotel. And we answer: “For us, the hotel, our guests and our employees are not work or profession, but much more passion and family.”

Cordiality

You can't play at cordiality because, as the name suggests, it comes from the heart and it is a matter close to our hearts that this value can be felt throughout our hotel. It is not for nothing that our hotel in South Tyrol has been named the “Friendliest and Warmest Hotel” in South Tyrol for the 3rd time in a row.

We owe this award once again to our team, who show this genuine warmth to our guests. Simply because it is genuine.

Passion

Passion for being a host - we and our team certainly have it, because you have to be passionate about your work just because it's your job, right?

Of course, work-life balance is important, but you shouldn't have to separate your work from your private life if you enjoy it so much.

Family & humanity

This value fits us like a glove, because family is something to be proud of and to look after unconditionally. This is also how the four of us feel about our entire team - the Jagdhof family.

Whether in service, in the kitchen, giving massages or in the back office - we are all human beings, and with us you can and should be human, just as you are. You shouldn't have to pretend for anyone or anything - not even our guests.
